- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds

- Grate the corns in a plate
- Heat oil in a pan, on low heat, add heeng and jeera, let it splutter
- Now add onions, saute for 3 - 4 minutes, then add ginger green chillies, saute for a minute
- Then add haldi and red chilli powder, mix well
- Now add grated corns and mix nicely
- Cook on low heat, stirring in between, until it cooks properly, and the mixture comes together
- Now add amchur powder and garam masala, mix well, in the end add coriander leaves, the topping mixture is ready
- Now take a bread slice and spread the ready mixture on it all over, very nicely
- Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top of this
- Now heat a tawa or a pan, on low heat, grease it with little butter
- Now place the ready bread in the hot tawa, the sesame seeds portion should be downwards and plain part on top
- Roast on low heat, until the bottom part becomes light brown and crispy
- Now flip it over to the other side and roast from this side also until light brown
- When it is done, then cut into four triangles
- In this way make the other bread slices also
- Serve them in a serving plate, you can have them with any chutney or tomato sauce
